There are an endless network of trails which begin at LMDL and go as far as you are able!
Your host can give you advice on some of the local trails.
We can also arrange a guide for you. With a Fitness coach/trail running enthusiast right here in the valley, you can be sure to discover trails suited to your fitness level and training needs. From a half day of running to an entire weeks schedule, recreational running to training for an event, we can make it happen.
We can even provide a menu specific for trail runners needs for the more serious athletes.
